Can you download the Demo?
The 2026 Steam Next Fest Demo ended on April 30, 2026, and was removed. Its old store listing is not a current download route.
In May, the developer said there would be no further Demo before Early Access. On October 8, 2026, the developer also said there was no active playtest at that time. Follow the official feed for later announcements.
Was the Demo multiplayer?
No. The Steam Next Fest Demo supported single player only. The main game’s four-player co-op announcement does not apply to that Demo.

Do Demo saves carry into Early Access?
The developer wanted to support carrying Demo saves into Early Access but could not promise it. Treat your Demo progress as having no guaranteed transfer.
The separate goal of preserving saves throughout Early Access is not a promise that old Demo saves will be compatible.
Could you cook in the Demo?
Cooking was not available in the Demo. The developer explained on March 30 that cooking unlocks later in the game. Interacting with a campfire in the Demo is not a hidden cooking unlock route.
Which guides use Demo controls?
The flight controls, Camp Hub, fuel, resin, electricity and PACE Lever guides describe the 2026 PC Demo. Their controls are kept separate from the main game’s release plans.
